Responsibilities:
- Consult with hotel management and decision-makers to understand their operational challenges, business needs, and growth goals.
- Drive the sales process by presenting and selling Smart Technologies’ Oracle Hospitality solutions that are tailored to each client’s specific requirements.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement by analysing client workflows and suggesting relevant solutions that add value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation, support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and a positive client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle Hospitality products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and maintain competitive knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, ideally in a management or operational role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and revenue management.
- Sales experience with a consultative approach, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving client needs.
