Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with hotel management and staff to understand their operational needs and requirements.
• Analyse existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Configure and implement Oracle Hospitality solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on the effective use of Oracle Hospitality solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the implementation process.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Hospitality solutions, staying up-to-date with the latest product features and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a management or operations role.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, reservations, housekeeping, and revenue management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.
• Prior experience with Oracle Hospitality solutions or similar hospitality technology platforms is a plus.
